Founding Partners of DSFL Advogados,
Dr. Gabriel De Santana Ferraresso and Dr. Ivana Leite have been in partnership for more than 10 years, and since 2018 they have been dedicated to structuring the boutique office in São Paulo.
A modern and dynamic office,
full of tradition and personality
DSFL Advogados began to be designed in mid-2018, when the current partners noticed that they could combine the tradition of law and the search for technical excellence, with cutting-edge technology and personalized service aimed at the experience of entrepreneurs.
The management they had already carried out in companies from different segments, together with the knowledge of the needs and dilemmas that businesspeople face, were crucial in thinking about a structure capable of innovating and providing legal services with exclusive attributes, without commodifying the profession which, for them, , is a true priesthood.
Currently, the boutique office is located in the Avenida Paulista region and already serves Aracaju/SE and Campinas/SP, although it is still in the expansion and planning phase of the structure of the new units.

of the Managing Partners
Gabriel De Santana Ferraresso is a Lawyer and Law Professor, with an Executive MBA in Business Law from FGV.
He is a specialist in Corporate Law and Compliance from Escola Paulista de Direito and in Labor Law from USP.
Innovation and Technology Researcher in Private Relations and Law, works with the implementation of Compliance and LGPD Programs.
Structure Startups, Franchises and Holdings, being an Expert in Corporate and Succession Planning, Contracts and Business Law.
Ivana Leite is a Lawyer specializing in Labor and Social Security Law, both in consultancy and litigation, with more than 15 years of experience in business management.
He works on Preventive Projects to Reduce Labor Liabilities and union negotiations, with extensive experience in representation before the Public Ministry of Labor.
He is an expert in Family Law and Women's Law. She is also studying a postgraduate degree in International Law, being responsible for the Brazil/USA/Italy visa and citizenship department.
